Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 29 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on June 7, 2021, to become effective on June 17, 2021. In Supplement No. 29, language has been updated to reflect the name of the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer effective as of June 1, 2021. In addition, Original Pages No. 2A - 2G have been removed from Tariff No. 3S as they are no longer necessary. All seven (7) pages are cancelled out with Twenty-Fifth Revised Page No. 2. And, the Table of Contents has been revised to reflect the removal of Pages No. 2A - 2G from the List of Modifications. PaPUC Docket No. R-2021-3026316. Secretarial Letter Dated June 16, 2021.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 28 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on April 1, 2021, to become effective on June 1, 2021. Supplement No. 28 modifies language as per the Company's Default Service Plan IX ("DSP IX") rate proceeding and was issued in compliance with the Commission's Order entered January 14, 2021, at Docket No. P-2020-3019522. See Twenty-Fourth Revised Page No. 2 through Original Page No. 2G - List of Modifications Made By This Tariff - for details. PaPUC Docket No. P-2020-3019522. Secretarial Letter Dated May 11, 2021.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 27 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on March 26, 2021, to become effective on April 1, 2021. In Supplement No. 27, language has been revised to reflect the updates to the operational changes to the Company's Standard Offer Program ("SOP") as approved in the Company's DSP IX proceeding at Docket No. P-2020-3019522 (Order Entered January 14, 2021). Docket No. P-2021-3024373 (Order Entered March 25, 2021).

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 26 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on October 2, 2019, to become effective on October 12, 2019. In Supplement No. 26, language has been updated to reflect the name of the Company's President and Chief Executive Officer effective as of April 30, 2019. PaPUC Docket No. R-2019-3013300. Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 25 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on May 26, 2017, to become effective on June 1, 2017. Supplement No. 25 was filed as an addendum to the Company's DSP VIII compliance tariff filing (Supplement No. 24 to Tariff No. 3S - issued April 28, 2017, to become effective June 1, 2017) with the Company respectfully requesting the Commission to waive the notice requirements in 52 Pa. Code § 53.101 and allow Supplement No. 25 to become effective on less than statutory notice. Supplement No. 25 removes and modifies language in Rule No. 5.3 that would sunset the Company's ability to contract with EGSs to provide Time-of-Use service and removes Rule No. 5.4.4 which pertains to Time-of-Use reporting requirements set to expire on May 31, 2017. The removal of and modifications to the language is consistent with the Non-Unanimous Settlement filed on September 23, 2016, and approved in its entirety by the Commission in the Company's DSP VIII proceeding (PaPUC Docket No. P-2016-2543140, Order entered December 22, 2016).

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 24 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on April 28, 2017, to become effective on June 1, 2017. Supplement No. 24 modifies language as per the Company's Default Service Plan VIII ("DSP VIII") rate proceeding and was issued in compliance with the Commission's Order entered December 22, 2016, at Docket No. P-2016-2543140. See Twentieth Revised Page No. 2, List of Modifications Made By This Tariff, for details.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 23 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on July 1, 2016, to become effective on September 1, 2016. In Supplement No. 23, language has been removed in Rule No. 5.2.5 and Rule No. 5.2.8 to comply with Commission Order dated August 20, 2015, at Docket No. P-2015-2491265 which granted Duquesne Light Company a waiver to implement its Phase II Off-Cycle Switching Solution until September 1, 2016.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 22 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on May 27, 2016, to become effective on June 27, 2016. In Supplement No. 22, language has been added and/or modified to allow for seamless moves and instant connects. The modifications comply with the Commission Order dated September 3, 2015, at Docket No. M-2014-2401127.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 20 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on April 28, 2016, to become effective on June 27, 2016. In Supplement No. 20, language has been removed in Rule No. 5.2.5, Rule No. 5.2.8, Rule No. 14.3 and Rule No. 14.4.1 to comply, in part, with Commission Order dated August 20, 2015, at Docket No. P-2015-2491265 which granted Duquesne Light Company a waiver to implement its Phase II Off-Cycle Switching Solution until September 1, 2016.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 21 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on May 10, 2016, to become effective on June 1, 2016. Supplement No. 21 was issued in compliance with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission Orders entered January 15, 2015, at Docket No. P-2014-2418242; entered July 30, 2015, at Docket No. P-2015-2484590; and entered January 28, 2016, at Docket No. P-2015-2506002. Supplement No. 21 adds two (2) rules to Tariff No. 3S to define EGS participation and reporting obligations in regard to TOU program(s). PaPUC Docket No. P-2015-2506002. Secretarial Letter dated May 24, 2016.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 19 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on March 1, 2016, to become effective on March 31, 2016. Supplement No. 19 was issued in compliance with the Commission's Orders entered December 6, 2012, at Docket No. M-2009-2092655 and July 30, 2015, at Docket No. P-2015-2484590. Supplement No. 19 adds two (2) definitions to Tariff No. 3S and language to denote that in Rule No. 12.1.3 Budget Billing and in Rule No. 12.1.7.4 Other Payment Provisions certain terms apply to consolidated EDC rate ready billing only.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 18 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on February 24, 2016, to become effective on February 25, 2016. Supplement No. 18 was filed in compliance with the Commission's Secretarial Letter dated February 12, 2016, at Docket No. P-2014-2418242 and modifies the language in the Standard Offer Program Cost Recovery Rider.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 17 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on July 2, 2015, to become effective on August 31, 2015. Supplement No. 17 was filed in compliance with the Commission's Order dated January 25, 2013, at Docket No. P-2012-2301664. Language in Rule No. 12.1.7.4 Other Payment Provisions was modified to enable actual payment remittance to EGSs. PaPUC Docket No. R-2015-2491781. Secretarial Letter dated August 26, 2015.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 16 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on May 19, 2015, to become effective on June 1, 2015. Supplement No. 16 contains the Company's default service VII rate proceeding filed at PaPUC Docket No. R-2014-2418242 (Order entered January 15, 2015.). See Pages No. 2-2A, List of Modifications Made By This Tariff, for details.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 15 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on March 6, 2015, to become effective on March 9, 2015. Supplement No. 15 was filed to be effective on one day's notice to comply with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's Order entered on December 4, 2014, at Docket No. P-2014-2448863 in regard to the October 21, 2014, Petition of Duquesne Light Company for a waiver of the three (3) business day switching requirements under 52 Pa. Code § 57.174 (Final Omitted Rulemaking Order to Amend the Provisions of 52 Pa. Code, Chapter 57 Regulations Regarding Standards For Changing a Customer's Electricity Generation Supplier entered on April 3, 2014, at Docket No. L-2014-2409383).

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 14 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on February 23, 2015, to become effective on February 24, 2015. Supplement No. 14 was filed to be effective on one day's notice to comply with the Pennsylvania Public Utility Commission's Order at Docket No. P-2014-2448863. Specifically, in the Commission's Order of January 29, 2015, ("Reconsideration Order"), the Commission clarified its Order of December 4, 2014, ("Waiver Petition Order"), and provided that "...Duquesne may switch a customer back to default service within three (3) business days, but only upon request of the customer." Reconsideration Order, p. 11.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 13 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on May 1, 2014, to become effective on June 30, 2014. In Supplement No. 13, Table 1 was modified to include language for Rate L - Large Power Service to define losses at less than 138 kV and to add a line for Rate L - Large Power Service to define losses at greater than or equal to 138 kV. These modifications were made to make the loss provisions consistent with rate design changes approved in the Company's Retail Electric Tariff No. 24 per Commission Order dated April 23, 2014, at Docket No. R-2013-2372129.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 12 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on July 26, 2013, to become effective on August 16, 2013. Supplement No. 12 was filed in compliance with the Commission's Order dated July 16, 2013, at Docket No. P-2012-2301664 and adds a Standard Offer Program Cost Recovery provision to the currently effective supplier Tariff.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 11 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on March 22, 2013, to become effective on June 1, 2013. Supplement No. 11 implements the POLR VI modifications approved by the Commission at Docket No. P-2012-2301664. Please see the "List of Modifications" pages for further details.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 10 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on March 15, 2013, to become effective on May 14, 2013, in compliance with the Commission's Order dated October 25, 2012, at Docket No. M-2011-2270442 -- Interim Guidelines Reqarding Standards for Changing a Customer's Electricity Generation Supplier. Language has been modified to reduce the waiting period that is applicable once an Electic Distribution Company ("EDC") sends a letter to a customer confirming the customer is switching to an Electric Generation Supplier ("EGS"). The reduction in the 10-day waiting period also adjusts the "16-day rule" to an "11-day rule." These modifications are in effect for three (3) years from October 25, 2012. If the Commission further modifies the waiting period by regulation or Order, the Company will apply the revised waiting period as directed by the Commission. In addition, Sections 57.173 and 57.174 of the Commission's regulations at Title 52 of the Pennsylvania Code are waived to the extent set forth in the October 25, 2012, Final Order and Appendix A.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 9 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on August 17, 2012, to become effective on October 16, 2012. Supplement No. 9 modifies language in Rule No. 9.6 - Multiple Scheduling Coordinators to allow EGSs to utilize up to five (5) scheduling coordinators at no cost to the EGS and explains how the charge will be calculated for those EGSs who want to utilize more than five (5) scheduling coordinators. In addition, Supplement No. 9 modifies language in the Load Data Supply charge to provide customer load information up to five (5) times per calendar year per customer account at no cost.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 8 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on December 16, 2010, to become effective on January 1, 2011, in accordance with the Commission's approval at Docket No. P-2009-2135500 in Duquesne's POLR V proceeding. Language in Rule No. 12.1.5, Rule No. 12.1.7, Rule No. 12.1.7.1, Rule No. 12.1.7.2, and Rule No. 12.1.7.2.1 has been modified to update the description of eligible customers, reflect the removal of the word "pilot," reflect updated program dates and reflect an updated description of the discount offered.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 7 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on July 12, 2007, to become effective on January 1, 2008, in accordance with the Commission's approval at Docket No. P-00072247 in Duquesne's POLR IV proceeding. In Supplement No. 7, Transmission Losses as well as Distribution Line Losses have been updated to reflect the Company's line loss study performed in September 2005 supporting the distribution rates approved by the Commission's final order at R-00061346 dated December 1, 2006. In addition, Rule No. 12.1.5 has been modified and Rule No. 12.1.7 has been added to Rule No. 12 to incorporate the Purchase of Receivables Program relative to the receivables associated with small customers served by EGSs utilizing the Company's billing services.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 6 to Tariff No. 3S, issued November 1, 2004, to become effective January 1, 2005, approves the changes in the Rules as approved by the Commission at Docket No. P-00032071 in Duquesne's POLR III proceeding.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 5 to Tariff No. 3S, issued April 26, 2004, to become effective April 27, 2004, in accordance with the April 15, 2004, Commission Order at R-00038092 providing final resolution of the modifications proposed in Duquesne's Supplement No. 1 to Tariff No. 3S. Supplement No. 5 was approved by Commission Secretarial letter dated May 21, 2004, closing the docket at R-00038092.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 4 to Tariff No. 3S, issued February 16, 2004, to be effective February 17, 2004, in accordance with the December 19, 2003, Commission Order at R-00038092 directing modification of tariff language. Supplement No. 4 was denied by the Commission's April 15, 2004, Order at this same docket.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 3 to Tariff No. 3S suspended Supplement No. 1 (Docket No. R-00038092) until October 11, 2003, in compliance with Title 66 PA C.S. §1308(b).

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 2 to Tariff No. 3S voluntarily postpones the effective date of Supplement No. 1 from March 7, 2003, until April 11, 2003.

Duquesne Light Company's Supplement No. 1 to Tariff No. 3S, issued on January 7, 2003, to become effective March 7, 2003, specifies the requirements that an Electric Generation Supplier must meet in order to supply sufficient energy into Duquesne's system to meet the EGS's load, sets forth the effect of default of those requirements, provisions for cure of the default and effect of termination of the EGS's Individual Coordination Agreement.

Duquesne Light Company's Tariff No. 3S was issued on December 22, 2000, to be effective on January 1, 2001, in compliance with the Commission's November 30, 2000, and December 20, 2000, Orders at Docket No. R-00974104. It reflects the provisions of the Joint Petition for Settlement regarding Duquesne's Plan for Post-Transition Period POLR Service. It supercedes Tariff No. 1S.
