Electric Generation Supplier Coordination Tariff Duquesne Light Company’s Supplement No. 8 to Tariff No. 3S was issued on December 16, 2010, to become effective on January 1, 2011, in accordance with the Commission’s approval at Docket No. P-2009-2135500 in Duquesne’s POLR V proceeding. Language in Rule No. 12.1.5, Rule No. 12.1.7, Rule No. 12.1.7.1, Rule No. 12.1.7.2, and Rule No. 12.1.7.2.1 has been modified to update the description of eligible customers, reflect the removal of the word “pilot,” reflect updated program dates and reflect an updated description of the discount offered.
